We provide a full range of services for both residential and commercial customers. We offer a trained quality control individual to inspect the work performed by our cleaning staff randomly checking on our crews to insure you are receiving the highest quality of service. Cash or checks are accepted for payment of services. Our services include:
Kitchen:
- Load dishwasher, if empty
- Wipe down counter tops and clean sink
- Wipe all appliances, including the top of the
refrigerators - Clean top of stove and drip pans (not oven)
- Wipe vent-a-hood
- Clean microwave, inside & out
Bath:
- Clean tiles, tubs and shower doors
- Clean vanity top and sink, including faucets
- Clean mirrors
- Disinfect toilet, including base
Bedrooms:
- Make beds; we will change sheets on one bed
only when clean sheets are provided
Ovens and refrigerators can be cleaned at an extra charge. Please see our pricing page for fees. We are not responsible for picking up items on floor, including toys, papers, clothes, etc.
* We do not wash sheets, will change them if an additional set is left out for one bed. Otherwise, bed will be re-made.
We will make every attempt to contact you prior to your scheduled appointment to remind you of your upcoming service. If we come out to attempt to clean and are unable to enter your home for any reason, and have not been notified 24 hours prior to the original scheduled date there will be a $25.00 fee accessed.
All Rooms:
- Lift up books, vases, etc. dust underneath
- Dust all furniture with polish
- Dust blinds, ceiling fans and window sills
- Clean mirrors and glass table tops
- Sweep and clean all hard surface flooring, vacuum all carpeting
- Empty trash
