Do you want a kitchen that sparkles because it’s so clean? If so, read on to learn the top kitchen cleaning tips.

It’s been proven that having a clean house can improve your mood and make you feel less stressed.

Whether you spend a lot of time in your kitchen or not, there are all different kinds of nooks and crannies that dust and dirt can hide in.

Do you want a kitchen that sparkles because it’s so clean? If so, read on to learn the top kitchen cleaning tips.

1. Clean Stove with Ammonia

While your stove burners may seem difficult to clean, they don’t have to be. Ammonia can save you the frustration while also saving your burners.

All you need to do is fill up a Ziploc bag with about a fourth of a cup of ammonia, and then seal the bag. Set the bag over the burners, and the ammonia will start to soak up the dirt, grime, and rust from the burners.

This process can start to smell bad, so it’s recommended that you let them sit outside overnight.

The next day, just take a sponge to wipe them off, and they should look brand new.

2. Clean Your Microwave with Lemon Oil

Have you been avoiding cleaning out the microwave? Especially after you forgot to cover your reheated spaghetti before it exploded?

This is an easy kitchen cleaning tip that will help save you from having sore muscles the next day and still make your microwave look like nothing happened.

Just get some lemon oil, and you can mix it with vinegar.

Once you have heated up your lemon oil, vinegar, and water mixture and put it in the microwave, take your sponge or rag and start to remove some of the leftover food, grease, or dirt to have your sparkling microwave back.

And next time remember to cover your leftover spaghetti.

3. Wipe Out Your Fridge

The inside of your fridge can become gross, and you may not be looking forward to cleaning it out.

You can try some warm water and a towel to remove stains and dirt inside the fridge, but there may be some stubborn stains.

For those, you can use baking soda mixed with water to try and remove it. Let the paste sit on the stain, and after about an hour, wipe it off and the stain should come with it.

4. Clean the Inside of Your Oven

An oven can be one of the most annoying things in the kitchen to clean, especially if there isn’t a self-clean function.

You can always buy the harsh chemicals to clean it, but then you have to deal with the smell and the possible skin and eye irritations.

Instead of that, try covering the oven with baking soda. You can leave it on there as long as you need to for it to soak up the rust and dirt.

Once you think it’s done, you can wipe away the baking soda and the dirt and grime should come off easily with it.

5. Make Your Sink Look Brand New

Your sink gets a lot of wear and use, and it may not be as shiny as it once was.

You can take some of the lemon oil and vinegar that you used to clean your microwave, combine it with baking soda, and clean your sink with that.

It should work to get that shininess back and make your guests wonder how you got it so clean.
